Refund Policy
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms for Panel Grove Way consultations.
Overview
This policy applies to consultation fees paid to Panel Grove Way Co., Ltd. for hardware rotation planning, archive ledger setup, and cold storage inventory review services.
Deposit and Full Payment
A 30% deposit is required to confirm a session date. The remaining balance is due before or at the session start. Retainer fees are invoiced quarterly in advance.
Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid if:
- You cancel more than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled session
- We cancel the session due to consultant unavailability and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within fourteen (14) days
Partial Refund
A 50% refund applies if you cancel between three (3) and seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled session.
Non-Refundable
The following are non-refundable:
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled session
- No-shows without prior notice
- Deposits for rush bookings (within 48 hours) once the consultant has reserved the slot
- Work already completed, including intake calls, printed deliverables handed to you, or ledger appendices produced during retainer periods
- Materials purchased specifically for your archive setup (filing boxes, index cards, tamper-evident bags) once prepared
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least seven days in advance. Additional rescheduling requests within the same booking may incur a ₩40,000 administrative fee.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds to Korean accounts typically arrive within 3–5 business days; international transfers may take longer.
Cancellation by Panel Grove Way
If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (office closure, consultant illness), you may choose a full refund or priority rebooking at no additional charge.
Disputes
Contact contact@panel-groveway.click or call +82 2 0000 8520 to initiate a refund request. Include your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
