Who This Is For
Holders who own two or more hardware wallets — Ledger, Trezor, Coldcard, BitBox, or similar — and need a written plan for when each device should be retired, replaced, or re-flashed. Common among long-term Bitcoin holders, family offices, and couples managing joint cold storage.
What You Receive
- A device inventory listing serial numbers, firmware versions, and purchase dates
- A rotation calendar with recommended replacement or audit dates for each unit
- A paper ledger formatted for filing with your estate documents
- Guidance on passphrase variant management without us ever seeing your seeds
What Is Excluded
We do not generate seed phrases, transfer funds, or configure wallets on your behalf. We document and plan; you execute any device changes yourself or with your chosen technical advisor.
Process
- Intake call (30 minutes, complimentary) — you describe your current device count and concerns
- Preparation — you gather devices and note approximate purchase dates; we send a blank inventory template
- Session — we work through each device, discuss firmware status, and agree rotation intervals
- Delivery — printed ledger and one digital PDF copy on encrypted USB, handed to you at session end
Timeline
Sessions are typically scheduled within two weeks of intake. Rush bookings within 48 hours carry a 30% surcharge when availability permits.
