2. Services Description
Panel Grove Way provides hardware wallet rotation planning, archive ledger setup, and cold storage inventory review consultations. Our services are documentary and advisory. We do not custody digital assets, hold private keys, execute transactions, or provide investment recommendations.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, layouts, ledger templates, and graphics — is owned by Panel Grove Way Co., Ltd. or licensed for our use. Deliverables produced during paid consultations are licensed to you for personal or internal business use. You may not resell or redistribute our templates without written permission.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate device information during consultations. You are solely responsible for the security of your seed phrases, passphrases, and hardware wallets. We are not liable for losses resulting from your disclosure of key material to any third party, including during or after our sessions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, Panel Grove Way Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our consultation services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
